  • Renewal Management
  • Track upcoming renewals using ERP/ CRM tools.
  • Prepare and send renewal quotes.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers or Sales Executives to close renewals in time.
  • Ensure on-time contract renewal to avoid service interruptions.
  • Customer Communication
  • Serve as the point of contact for basic renewal-related queries.
  • Work with customers to address pricing, contract terms, or minor concerns.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on renewal terms and timelines.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/ CRM (like MS CRM/ Inhouse Systems).
  • Report on renewal pipeline, closed renewals, and churn metrics.
  • Maintain and Update the renewal data in Internal Tool
  • Vendor Management
  • Work along with OEM and Distribution team as and when required
  • Upfront Renewal tracking with Partner and Submission along with Sales team part
  • Strong Communication Skills, Tool understanding likes of Microsoft CRM/ MS Office, Good Team Player
