UnfoldHR is seeking a
Filipino female IT Sales Coordinator to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and efficient in supporting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks. She should have a solid understanding of IT products or distribution processes and be capable of managing day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in follow-ups with clients and suppliers.
- Support account managers with documentation, order processing, and updates in CRM systems.
- Communicate with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and procurement departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain and update price lists, client databases, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure effective communication channels with all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Filipino female candidate currently residing in the UAE or on a Visit Visa.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably within IT or technology distribution.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work effectively in a team environment.
