Reporting to: CEO ME Vice President
We are looking for a results-driven General Manager Saudi Arabia to lead and scale our IT and Cybersecurity business in the Kingdom. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, strong sales leadership, and deep market engagement across enterprise and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the KSA business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
- Identify market opportunities, emerging cybersecurity trends, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive long-term growth, sustainability, and operational excellence
Sales & Business Development
- Personally lead and close large, complex, and strategic enterprise & government deals
- Drive market entry, expansion, and positioning aligned with Saudi Vision 2030
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise, government, and strategic accounts
- Ensure strong sales pipeline development and revenue growth
Channel, Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage and grow strategic vendor relationships in KSA
- Expand and enable reseller/integrator partner ecosystems
- Oversee partner certification, technical enablement, and successful product launches
- Optimize profitability while supporting scalable growth
Team Leadership & Operations
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team across sales, technical, and operations
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and governance requirements
- Collaborate closely with HQ functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing)
- Drive a high-performance, results-oriented culture
Government & Regulatory Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with relevant KSA authorities and regulators
- Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations
- Develop and execute Saudization and localization strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 810+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity sales & management
- 3+ years in a senior leadership or country management role
- Strong background in enterprise & government sales and channel ecosystems
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, vendors, and market trends
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Based in Riyadh, KSA
