NextEra is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Senior Director to lead our Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, and Logistics (TTHL) vertical in IT Business. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for one of our most critical industry segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Drive revenue growth through renewals and new project acquisitions within existing accounts.
- Lead efforts to secure new accounts and expand the TTHL client base.
- Identify and close high-value strategic deals.
- Oversee sales operations including planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.
P&L Ownership
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the TTHL vertical.
- Ensure achievement of sales and margin targets.
Market Strategy
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for the TTHL vertical.
- Identify new business opportunities and relevant sales channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive regional growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure excellence in project execution.
Strategic Planning
- Set and monitor revenue targets in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer.
- Lead annual planning and budgeting cycles.
- Present monthly performance updates and strategic priorities to senior leadership.
- Develop forward-looking strategies aligned with NextEra's vision.
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 13 years in sales/account management roles.
- P&L ownership for Fortune 500 accounts or business units.
- Deep industry expertise across TTHL micro-verticals in IT Service Industry
- Bachelor's degree required.
