IT Sales Executive / Business Development

Location: Onsite Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our company's IT services, consulting, and technology solutions.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing the sales cycle end-to-end, and expanding the company's presence in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi market
  • Promote and sell IT services, consulting, and digital solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and targets
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Support long-term account management and upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in IT or consulting services
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of IT services, technology solutions, or digital transformation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
  • Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling enterprise IT solutions or professional services
  • Existing client network in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience working with government, banking, or enterprise clients
  • Arabic & English business communication skills
