Role Description The IT Security Analyst at Caos Criativo | CV Premium will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving the security posture of the organization's systems and networks. In this part-time, remote role, the analyst will review security alerts, investigate incidents, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks. Daily activities include performing vulnerability assessments, assisting in security audits, and supporting the implementation of security controls across applications, infrastructure, and networks. The analyst will collaborate with IT and business teams to develop security best practices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to identify threats, assess risks, and recommend appropriate controls.
Experience with Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure network architecture.
Knowledge of Application Security principles, secure coding practices, and common application vulnerabilities.
Background in Information Technology, including operating systems, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to analyze security logs and reports, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP) is beneficial.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
