Designation :- IT Security Manager ( ISO 27001 Lead with Network Security background )

Reporting to :- Group Director of IT

Job Objective :- The IT Security Manager will oversee the operations of IT Networks, Systems, Support, IT Security & Governance Divisions. The position will be responsible for the daily operational upkeep and continuous improvements on all IT Infra Operations & Information Security. They will also be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and maintenance of IT Standards including ISO 27001, and all the relevant controls and policies and associated Risk Management Frameworks. The candidate will have a very strong network & infrastructure security background and be exposed and aware of all the latest developments in technologies related to IT Operations. The candidate will also be exceptionally skilled in managing IT Projects, their delivery, and the teams involved.

To qualify for this role, you must:

1.) Have experience in leading the implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ISO 27001 Standards.

2.) Have a background in Infrastructure & Network Security, with hands-on experience in network architecture, configurations, and designs.

3.) Have experience in managing the delivery, teams, and deployments of large-scale enterprise IT Infrastructure and Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities/Duties :-

• Oversee the daily operations, manage, and maintain the IT Infra Operations to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of IT systems, data centers, servers, systems, networks, data, backups, and communications.
• Manage information technology projects and implementations.
• Manage vendors, technology evaluations, business cases, scoping, and sizing.
• Manage a team of IT Network, Systems, Data Center, and Support Engineers and Agents.
• Develop Information Security controls and policies as required to ensure safe Infra and Systems operation.
• Ensure IT Governance to IT Operational standards, and set standards in line with industry best practices and recognized bodies, such as ISO, etc.
• Review and control the security of the infrastructure and cloud along with all related services and configurations.
• Design and maintain the information architecture and technology infrastructure in relation to Security Schematics.
• Manage the section KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage the Change Management Process across IT Operations.
• Ensure all infrastructure components meet security needs and standards.
• Play a major role in the design and implementation related to business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue tracking, and communication at the team and management level.
• Own and develop the Risk, Incident, and Change Management procedures and controls across the Information Technology function.
• Leads through inspiration and innovation, turning ideas into reality, replicating the success throughout the team.

Experience Required :-

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience in the implementation and upkeep of IT Standards ISO 270001
• Must have managed Corporate Infrastructure and Network Security for at least 4 years.
• Infrastructure Architecture Designing
• IT Operations Management & Monitoring (Network, Assets, Clients, Infrastructure, WAN)
• O365 Administration & Security Controls
• Cloud Hosting Security (preferably AWS)
• Information Security Governance and controls for IT Operations and Information Security
• Change Management, Risk Management, Incident Management

Educational Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related domain
• CCIE, CISSP or Equivalent Certifications
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
• ITIL Certification
• PMP Certification Preferred
