We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Agent with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless operations within our IT infrastructure.

What You'll Do
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users across various platforms.
- Troubleshoot hardware,software and network issues efficiently.Managing user accounts in Active Directory (AD)
- Respond promptly to service requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Execute ITIL frameworks, incident, and problem management
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT service desk role or similar position.
- Effective time management and multitasking.
- IT certifications : CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
