Job Summary
The Solution Expert (SE) is responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions, combining strong business analysis expertise with a deep understanding of digital channels and IT systems. The role ensures that business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and innovative digital solutions that support organizational transformation goals
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver optimal solutions that meet business needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user journeys, and system specifications
- Support solution design discussions aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategy
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
- Support end-to-end solution lifecycle from ideation to implementation and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure feasibility and scalability
- Contribute to enhancing digital channels (e.g., web, mobile apps, e-services) and customer experience
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation or digitalization initiatives
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards.
Qualifications
Preferred Background
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital transformation, and technology solutions.
- Experience in industries such as Telecom is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Analysis (requirements gathering, stakeholder management, documentation)
- Solid understanding of IT systems, integrations and digital platforms
- Experience in digital channels (e.g., mobile apps, portals, e-commerce, self-service platforms)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in digital transformation projects is a strong plus.
