IT Specialist(A82483)

Responsibilities:

The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring secure network connectivity, and providing technical support for employees devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and VPN connections.

Install, format, and troubleshoot MacBooks and ThinkPad devices.

Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.

Monitor IT systems and ensure security protocols are followed.

Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and backups.

Assist in implementing IT projects and upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPN setup, and network troubleshooting.

Experience with MacOS and Windows laptops (ThinkPad/Lenovo).

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications.

Experience with cloud services or IT infrastructure projects.
