Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist, based in Nasr City. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering information systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring secure network operations. Additional tasks include providing customer service, addressing user inquiries, and implementing solutions that support the organization's technology infrastructure and overall operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent Customer Service skills to assist users effectively
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent, are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
