Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated IT Help Desk Specialist to provide first-line technical support to end-users and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support users, and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and common business applications.

Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.

Support email systems (Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365).

Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

Install and configure desktops, laptops, IP phones, and peripheral devices.

Handle ticketing system requests and ensure timely issue resolution.

Assist in maintaining IT inventory (devices, licenses, accessories).

Support VPN remote users and basic firewall-related tasks under supervision.

Ensure endpoint security compliance (antivirus updates, patches).

Document incidents, solutions, and IT procedures.

Escalate complex issues to senior IT or network/security engineers.

Qualifications & Skills

13 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.

Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11).

Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiar with Active Directory user management.

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.

Basic understanding of VPN and remote support tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and customer service mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

CompTIA A+

CompTIA Network+

Microsoft certifications (Windows / Microsoft 365)
