Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including network administration, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring robust network security. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service to address and resolve technical concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide technical support and assist users
• Experience in maintaining IT systems in a business environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus
