System and Server Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, and user account provisioning.
- Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery solutions are in place
Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user account creation, licensing, and group management
- Oversee and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow, distribution lists, and mailbox configurations
- Implement and enforce security and compliance policies in Microsoft 365, such as retention policies, conditional access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business, including permissions management and integration
- Monitor service health, manage alerts, and coordinate with Microsoft support as needed.
Network Administration:
- Monitor and maintain network performance.
- Ensure network security through regular audits and monitoring
- Work with ISPs and external vendors for connectivity issues or upgrades
Helpdesk Support:
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to employees and resolve escalated issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues across the organization.
- Support and guide employees on IT best practices
Security and Compliance
- Implement and enforce IT policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards
- Monitor and mitigate risks, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Application Management:
- Support and maintain recruitment-specific software tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM tools).
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for software updates and troubleshooting.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
IT Infrastructure Projected
- Lead or contribute to IT projects, such as cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
