- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT-related problems.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

- 0-1 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Technical Support, or a related field
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field
