IT Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site IT Specialist position based in Ismailia. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining smooth operation of network administration. The role involves providing technical support to internal users, implementing IT solutions, and collaborating with teams to resolve technology-related challenges.

• Expertise in Network Administration, Network Security, and Information Technology.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to deliver effective Customer Service in addressing user technology needs.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work within a collaborative environment.
• Experience in IT management within a manufacturing or multinational organization is a plus.
