IT Staffing- Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business development, build strong client relationships, and generate revenue through IT staffing, resource augmentation services, Software Development, Cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE IT staffing/contract staffing business/ Software Development, excellent client-facing skills, and a proven track record of acquiring new clients and managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IT staffing, IT Solutions, Technology oriented
• Proven experience in B2B sales and new client acquisition.
• Strong network among UAE/Middle East enterprises and technology companies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to engage with CXO, HR, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong commercial understanding of IT staffing rates, margins, contracts, and billing models.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in selling any of the following will be an advantage:

• Contract IT Staffing
• Staff Augmentation
• IT Resource Outsourcing
• Permanent IT Recruitment

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA/Sales & Marketing qualification would be an advantage.
