IT Strategy and Transformation Director

The IT strategy &Transformation Director will be responsibleto lead IT strategy, operations, and transformation as we grow from an IT services provider into a full systems integrator (SI). The role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, and delivery of mega projects across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.

Location: Nile Corniche, Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's SI growth plans and business objectives.

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale IT and digital transformation projects (infrastructure, cloud, applications, integration).

Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring stability, security, and performance of systems, networks, and platforms.

Build and manage a high-performing IT team (architecture, operations, delivery, support), with clear KPIs and governance.

Own IT budgets, cost optimization, and investment cases for new technologies and platforms.

Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.

Manage key technology vendors and partners, including global OEMs and cloud providers, to support SI solutions and joint go-to-market.

Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align internal IT capabilities with client solution offerings.

Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies relevant to systems integration.

Required qualifications

1518years of experience in IT leadership roles within IT services, SI, or enterprise IT, including significant exposure to transformation programs.

Strong background across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and systems integration.

Proven track record managing large, complex IT projects and cross-functional teams.

Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and IT governance.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant master's is a plus.
