We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Assistant to join our team and support daily IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and keeping IT systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues
- Respond to service tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Support operating systems including Windows, macOS, and common mobile platforms
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, cabling, and system-related issues
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Escalate complex technical issues when required
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician, Desktop Support, or similar role
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Administrator Associate, or similar certifications (preferred)
