Job Description

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices)
  • Support Microsoft environment including user accounts, email, and access management
  • Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity)

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level)
  • Basic knowledge with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, permissions)
  • Good troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environments
  • Good in hardware installation and troubleshooting
