Onsite IT Support Engineer (Dubai, UAE)
Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedOnsite IT Support Engineerto join our dynamic team based inDubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world IT challenges, working directly with clients, and providing top-tier technical support on-site.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to user requests and incidents via our helpdesk system, phone, or email.
Visit client sites across Dubai to provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting.
Set up and maintain workstations, user accounts, mailboxes, and hardware/software environments.
Resolve issues related toWindows 11,MacOS,Office 365, network connectivity, and Active Directory.
Perform basic system administration tasks, including Exchange mailbox setups and mobile email configuration.
Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.
Keep accurate records in the ticketing system, including all actions taken and communication with clients.
Act as the first point of contact and technical advisor for client end-users.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Support) to deliver seamless service.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction and continuously improve your technical skillset.
