IT Support Engineer to join our team in
Dubai. This role is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations to support our professional tax and consultancy services.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and data security.
- Maintain IT documentation, system records, and support logs.

Requirements And Skills
