IT Support Engineer – Dispatch / Part-Time

Job Summary
SkySys is looking for a Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite dispatch support at the client location in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Visits will be scheduled on an as-needed basis, typically 1–2 visits per month, with at least 24 hours advance notice whenever possible.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of Field IT / Desktop Support experience.
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and PC break/fix experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and RDP.
- Experience supporting printers, laptops, desktops, and other IT peripherals.
- Smart Hands / onsite infrastructure support experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Personal laptop required for onsite support and remote connectivity.
- NOC required confirming sponsor authorization to work with SkySys.
- CompTIA A+ or relevant technical certification is preferred.
Working Model
- Part-Time / On-Demand Dispatch Support
- Approximately 1–2 onsite visits per month to start.
- $11/hour as Independent Contractor (IC).
- Support generally required during Monday–Friday business hours.
- At least 24 hours advance notice will be provided for onsite visits whenever possible.
