What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting colleagues and ensuring that IT systems run smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company email accounts and user access.
- Set up and administer user accounts, permissions and security controls.
- Oversee domain management.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computers and software.
- Support internet and network installations, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT related queries from staff members.
- Advising management on any hardware or software related issues.
- Maintaining all the IT equipment in the office.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT support & IT Admin, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of email platforms, user account management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Must have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft 365/ Google workspace.
- Strong communication skills.
