Job Description


  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Answering phone calls, emails and chats from Branches having problems with a product.
  • Explaining how to repair technical issues in a way that the Users can understand with easy steps.
  • Helping Users set up computer software or run applications.
  • Resolving IT support requests from Users.
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
  • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
  • Maintaining composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Very Good in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
