MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support domain and workgroup users, including DNS/DHCP configuration, TCP/IP networking, and file/network sharing.
- Install and configure Windows 10 systems, drivers, printers, and basic applications.
- Provide software support and perform routine maintenance.
- Administer Microsoft Outlook, including troubleshooting, support, and email archiving.
- Support CCTV/NVR systems at a basic operational level.
- Assist in basic access door configuration and management.
- Assist IT management in maintaining up-to-date records of devices and network resources.
- Communicate technical information effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Technical Support.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support.
- Basic knowledge of domain/workgroup administration, TCP/IP networking, and DNS/DHCP.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 installation, drivers, and application support.
- Foundational experience with CCTV/NVR systems and access control configuration.
- Basic Microsoft Outlook administration and support.
