Key Responsibilities
Odoo Management: Lead the end- to- end administration of Odoo, including module customization, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of Odoo with third- party applications and external APIs.
IT Strategy: Develop and implement IT policies, data security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
Infrastructure Oversight: Manage company servers, networks, hardware procurement, and cloud services
Team Leadership: Support and train internal departments on Odoo best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting: Design and maintain custom dashboards and reports within Odoo to support executive decision- making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
25 years of experience in a combined role covering IT infrastructure & ERP
Working experience with Odoo, Microsoft dyamics, Oracle or related ERP
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross departments and non- technical users.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
Proactive and ownership- driven mindset - able to work independently and drive improvements
