Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide Level 1 & 2 technical support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Manage IT support tickets using an ITSM system
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts
  • Install and configure IT equipment and applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 23 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • IT certifications are a plus (CompTIA, Microsoft)
