We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide Level 1 & 2 technical support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Manage IT support tickets using an ITSM system
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts
- Install and configure IT equipment and applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 23 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- IT certifications are a plus (CompTIA, Microsoft)
