Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician based in Dubai. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop computers, assisting with printer support, and performing computer repairs. The role also involves maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Entery level in IT Support (3 years of experience)
- Proficiency in Technical Support and basic troubleshooting best practices
- Experience working with Desktop Computers and resolving device-specific issues
- Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Printer Support and related device troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience in utilizing IT service management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
