Job Description
Role Summary
Provides on-site technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for end-user IT equipment during rollout and operational phases.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
Deploy and test printers (local and network)
Perform OS setup, user profiles, and basic software installation
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site
Provide user assistance and first-level technical support
Replace faulty equipment and coordinate repairs
Maintain service tickets, checklists, and site sign-off documents
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years experience in field IT support or desktop support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common office applications
Experience supporting printers and peripherals
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
