Support Specialist who is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the school's IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role supports staff, students, and administrative functions to enhance the learning environment through reliable technology services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in IT support (experience in education sector is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking.
- Familiarity with educational technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, smart boards).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
