Job Description
Diagnosing, documenting problems and resolving hardware, software, networking when they arise
Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware
Upgrade and evaluate systems new releases and updates
Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements
Perform troubleshooting on company server and network and related issue.
Perform IT Hardware implementation to enhance current infra-structure environment.
Troubleshoot System/Storage/Backup issues within the defined Service Level (SLA).
Perform schedule server maintenance activities.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Diploma/Advanced Diploma or bachelors degree in computer science/software engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
Relevant professional certificate is an advantage (e.g., Windows Server, VMWare, Linux & etc).
Preferably Junior specialized in System/Network/Database management
Good communication and interpersonal skill
