IT Systems Administrator

About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to join our Riyadh office. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and ensuring the security and reliability of our internal systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and assets
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or administration role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint protection
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage
