Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Managing and leading the internal IT team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of tasks
- Managing and supervising the MDM enrollment process across user devices
- Contributing to the development and continuous enhancement of internal IT systems and tools
- Handling customer-facing IT infrastructure tasks, including deployment of on-premises environments covering Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, storage configuration, and VM deployment
- Managing cloud infrastructure tasks and operations
- Handling both internal IT requests and customer IT requests, ensuring continuity and quality of service
- Escalating and coordinating with relevant teams on complex technical issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and team leadership
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of MDM solutions and device management
- Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions including Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Perfect English Language is a MUST
