Job Description

Providing technical support for Windows, Office, email, hardware, and software to ensure smooth operations and enhance employee productivity.

Managing core business systems (HR, Call Center, TP App, and ZOHO) to maintain efficiency, data accuracy, and service continuity.

Troubleshooting software and hardware issues across workstations and servers to reduce downtime and improve performance.

Monitoring and maintaining servers, including Windows Server and TP data systems, to ensure stability and security.

Supporting users across multiple locations (Zayed, Imperial & Almaza) and coordinating email and POS device setup to ensure operational readiness.

Performing system upgrades and updates to optimize performance and maintain compliance.

Installing and managing security systems such as CCTV and ZK attendance to support workplace safety and HR tracking.

Coordinating with suppliers for maintenance and deliveries to ensure timely support and resource availability.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology.
Experience: 1 3 years experience in Information Technology.
Skills: Communication skills - Analytical skills.
Abilities & Attitude: Fluency in English.
