Müller's Solutions is seeking a dynamic IT Technical Trainer for a short-term assignment of 2 weeks. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training sessions to our clients and employees, focusing on IT systems, software, and best practices. You will need to create a positive learning environment and ensure that participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use IT tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging IT technical training sessions tailored to the audience's skill level
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises
- Assess participants understanding through evaluations and provide feedback
- Provide hands-on training on various IT systems, software applications, and tools
- Answer participants questions and address any technical issues during training sessions
- Collaborate with the IT team to stay updated on new technologies and incorporate them into training
- Maintain records of training activities and participant progress
Requirements

- Proven experience as an IT Technical Trainer or similar training role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and related technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience developing training materials and conducting hands-on sessions
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a short-term contract (2 weeks)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in IT training or relevant technical areas (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer)
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Previous experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
