Job Description / Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations
- Handle software installation, updates, and system configuration
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues
- Coordinate with project team and users for IT support activities
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation records
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Computer Science
- Diploma in Computer
- Skills Required: Computer Engineering, Hardware & Networking, ERP Software, Software Testing
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Hardware and Software support works
- Experience in Facility Management projects preferred
- Saudi Arabian or Gulf experience will get first preference
- Candidates must be medically and physically fit to work in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Good troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Familiarity with Windows systems and office applications
- Good command of English (spoken, reading & writing)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
