IT Technician

This is a part-time hybrid role for an IT Technician based in Dubai, with opportunities for remote work. The IT Technician will handle day-to-day technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Responsibilities also include providing training on technology systems, assisting users with IT queries, maintaining and updating IT infrastructure, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IT systems.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology concepts and methods.
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and support to end-users.
• Experience in delivering user Training and guidance on IT systems and tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of on-site and remote IT infrastructure management is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
