Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed project work plans, defining the scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate the efforts of technical and administrative teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Supervise the implementation of government-related projects, particularly those tied to operational programs or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including ministries, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to decision-makers.
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans in cases of performance deviation.
  • Oversee the preparation of presentations, timelines, and financial reports.
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project.

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (a Master's degree or higher qualifications in management or project management is preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the government or semi-government sector.
  • Professional Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of government work systems and policies.
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
