IT Testing/Senior Testing Specialist

· Build test scenarios to validate the requirements.

· Ensure providing hands-on to business identifying testing cases.

· Follow / comply with Sop and IT policies as well as Info Sec policies. Pass all internal and external audits related to his/ her activity

· Assess the testing cases and testing scenarios in SRS/ CR to match the business requirements and security requirements

· Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate

· Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any task assigned to him.

· follow up to get all testing documentation related to new applications/CR with all team member

· Solve all problems facing business team member during testing cycle to assist them achieve the planned goals, like using testing tools, testing environment.

· Provide the direct manager with performance reports periodically.

· Can be delegated by his direct manager to attend meetings related to testing or new CRs and revert back by meeting outcome

· Leads the development of a test case, test data, script build, schedules and reports to ensure all testing requirements are met and documented.

· Tracks and verifies any required corrections to defects and ensures completion. Works closely with Change Management team to identify and drive completion of testing efforts for Epic regression testing.

· ensure that document & all process on all testing tools like HPQC, HPSM

· maintain the daily activity sheet for functional testing

· Study systems functional requirements and build test scenarios to validate the requirements.

· Attend system functional training and review/ challenge vendor test cases.

· Participate in building/ daily and weekly testing reporting

· May participate in test activities with external test consultant/ resources
