Job Description

  • Professional IT certifications are preferred (not mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of: Laptop maintenance and repair,Handling computers and printers ,Operating systems and technical troubleshooting
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure
  • Provide technical support to users
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Perform hardware maintenance and follow up on device issues

Requirements

  • IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
  • foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
  • Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
  • Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
  • Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
  • Fast learner with strong communication skills
