IT Voice Engineer/ Senior Engineer

• Design and Implementation: Design and implement Voice/collaboration systems, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco WebEx, and other related tools.
• System Maintenance: Perform system upgrades, configuration, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of collaboration systems.
• Troubleshooting: Analyse and resolve complex issues related to Voice/collaboration tools and systems.
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to users on Voice/collaboration systems.
• Integration: Ensure connectivity and compatibility between Voice/collaboration systems and other IT infrastructure.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Security: Develop and maintain security protocols for Voice/collaboration systems.
• Innovation: Continuously research and suggest improvements to Voice/collaboration tools and methods.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to coordinate system maintenance and changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of communication engineering or equivalent education.
• Proven experience with Voice/collaboration tools and technologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration) are a plus.
