This is a full-time, on-site role for an Italian Agent in the hospitality sector, based in Alexandria. The agent will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide top-quality client assistance, and ensure prompt responses in Italian for a professional and seamless guest experience. Responsibilities also include resolving customer issues efficiently, collaborating with team members, and communicating company services effectively to a diverse international clientele.

• Fluency in Italian (verbal and written) and a good command of English for effective communication.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills to provide a high standard of client care.
