Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine - Italian to lead the Italian kitchen operations and support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Chef de Cuisine - Italian, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Italian kitchen and ensure exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage daily operations of the Italian kitchen

. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards

. Develop and maintain Italian menu offerings

. Supervise and train kitchen staff

. Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste control

. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

. Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or similar role in Italian cuisine

. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques

. Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team

. Good understanding of food cost control and inventory management

. Strong organizational and communication skills

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

. Excellent English communication
