Role Description

The Italian Speakers (B2) role at RAYA CX is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role entails handling customer inquiries, providing accurate and efficient support, managing customer issues to resolution, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will communicate fluently in Italian (at B2 level or higher), ensure adherence to company policies, and collaborate effectively with team members to meet customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Italian at a minimum B2 level, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and handling escalations with professionalism.
  • Understanding of customer experience principles and ability to manage customer satisfaction effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in on-site environments and contribute to team success.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle dynamic customer needs with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer literacy is preferred.
