Job Description :
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the HAM and SAM processes within the ServiceNow ITAM module.
- Assist in the management of the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware and software assets.
- Facilitate accurate and timely updates to the CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with ITAM Lead to monitor and report on license utilization, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
- Aid in the execution of ServiceNow Discovery and integration tasks to ensure comprehensive asset tracking and reporting.
- Respond to queries and requests from various stakeholders regarding asset allocation, status, and lifecycle management.
- Support the development of reports and dashboards that provide insights into asset performance and compliance.
- Stay informed of updates and best practices within the ServiceNow ITAM framework and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills :
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Previous experience in an IT asset management role with a focus on ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
