Misr Digital Innovation (MDI) was established in 2020 as the company responsible for launching the 1st digital native bank in Egypt. The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ITSM Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt.

• Manage ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Oversee SMAX service catalog, workflows, and automation enhancements.
• Monitor service performance and drive continual improvements.
• Develop ITSM reports and dashboards to track SLAs and KPIs.
• Support IT service governance initiatives and compliance frameworks.

Qualificationss:

• 3+ years of experience in ITSM operations.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (SMAX preferred).
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
