Ivanti ITSM Specialist (Qatar)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ivanti ITSM Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract (extendable) in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with Ivanti ITSM and should have expertise in the following modules:

Incident Management

Problem Management

Change Management

Service Request Management

Asset Management

Configuration and Fine-Tuning

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and optimize Ivanti ITSM solutions.

Manage and enhance ITSM modules, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Perform troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system fine-tuning.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure efficient change and asset management.

Provide technical support and best practices for Ivanti ITSM processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience exclusively in Ivanti ITSM.

Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management modules.

Experience in system configuration and fine-tuning.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support IT service operations.

Availability to work in Qatar for the contract duration.
