Job Summary: We are seeking an Ivanti Senior Software Engineer to lead the implementation and management of Ivanti Service Management (ISM) and Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. You will customize the platform to meet specific business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Ivanti Service Manager and Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
- Develop complex workflows, business rules, and user interfaces within the Ivanti platform.
- Integrate Ivanti with external systems via APIs and web services.
- Perform system administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the Ivanti suite.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to the IT team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation.
- Deep technical expertise in the Ivanti product suite (ISM/ITAM).
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript) and SQL knowledge.
