About the Opportunity:

Would you be interested in working with one of our clients who are an oil and gas teminal facility based in the JAFZA freezone, supporting the regional energy supply chain. They are seeking a procurement manager to join their team.

Required Profile:

• 10+ years oil & gas procurement experience across both services and equipment
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end procurement
• Strong leadership background with confident global communication skills
• Resilient, organised, and confident working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate favourable pricing and supplier terms

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end procurement activities across both services and equipment
• Act as the sole procurement lead, reporting into regional procurement and driving local strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and support cost planning initiatives
• Interface with global teams and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, optimise costs, and deliver commercial value
